Pilates/app (Bien-être formula only): Pilates on apparatus lessons. (Room 2).

 Known for a long time by many hollywood stars and personalities the secret of their fitness comes as its result...), the work on apparatus allows one to :
  - to workout in a personnalised manner according to your objectives
  - to benefit from progressively guided pilates mouvements
  - to gain in intensity and push your work further
  - to work in a deeper manner
  - to work in a more precise way
  - to feel a deep sensation of well being

Pilates (Pila'fit & Bien-être formulas) : The principals of pilates :Breathing, Relaxation, Concentration, Controlled mouvements, Abdominals, Alignment, Coordination, Centering, Endurance... 

Yogi-Pilates (Pila'fit & Bien-être formulas) : combines the advantages of yoga (stretching , circulation stimulation, and calming of mind) with the techniques of pilates (deep abdominal work, release of back tension, muscle toning)).

Dynamix   (Pila'fit & Bien-être formulas) :Toning (weights, elastics, abs/bums!) cardiovascular workout (weight loss), step, aero, without forgetting stretching and relaxation.

Cardio stretch (Pila'fit & Bien-être formulas) : Specially designed circuit for weight loss. Followed by stretching exercises.

Gym douce  (Pila'fit & Bien-être formulas) : We use the same basis as for dynamix lessons, but without impacts. We work on toning, stretching and balance.

With your Pilates instructor, work on  the specific Pilates equipment which will allow you to benefit from a very deep, efficient and relaxing workout.
